Glen Wagstaff
Born and raised in Southern California, Glen graduated top of his class and decided to study Psychology at the University of Southern California. After graduating in 2.5 years and serving a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Glen was married to a close family friend, Kim and went on to study at the J. Reuben Clark Law School, graduating in 2013. They now have 5 wonderful children. Along the way he began a career in financial services which ultimately led him to an interest in serving people by helping them protect their families and their assets through estate planning.
Glen is now the managing partner of Inter Vivos, PLLC an estate planning law firm headquartered in Orem, Utah. After starting in March of 2014, the firm become profitable within 4 months and began expanding shortly thereafter. It now has over 50 member attorneys with licenses and offices in 17 different states. With a unique and refreshing approach to the industry and a focus on specialty planning, Inter Vivos plans to continue expanding and expects to be a nationwide law firm by 2020. From there it will become the first and largest international estate planning law firm in the world.

Adam Peterson
Adam Peterson was born and raised in Cupertino, California, the home of Apple. Graduating in 2010, he attended law school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He also received an MBA from Creighton, graduating with honors. While in law school, Adam was president of the local chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. Adam is married and has four sons. He loves watching and playing all sports. Another interest he enjoys is music and attending plays and musicals. He plays the piano and sings in choirs. Adam is an Eagle Scout.
Specializing in estate planning and business planning, Adam serves clients along the Wasatch Front. Adam has a desire to use his talents and abilities to help make people’s lives better and in so doing, make the world a better place. Faith and family are most important in Adam’s life. Genevieve Gribble
Genevieve was born and raised in Provo, Utah and graduated from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2006. She was an associate editor of the ELJ (Education Law Journal) and was a summer research fellow for the International Center for Law and Religion Studies in Accra, Ghana. In addition, Genevieve attended summer school session in Hague, Netherlands on International Criminal Law. She was also a research assistant to Professor Lynn Wardle and edited his casebook on family law.
Favorite hobbies include reading, crochet, sewing, quilting, embroidery and singing. She loves spending time with her 35 nieces and nephews. Genevieve enjoys serving her community as a member of the United Way Utah County Women’s Leadership Committee as well as visiting Sunset View and Provost Elementary School monthly to deliver books to first through third graders.

Carrie Hughes
Carrie Hughes was born and raised in Portland Oregon. She graduated from the J. Rueben Clark Law School in 1998. Carrie has been married to her husband, Allen Hughes for almost 15 years. They have 8 children and 15 grandchildren. Carrie enjoys music, learning languages and reading. She loves martial arts and enjoys teaching it to children. Carrie wants to learn to surf. Freedom and leadership are areas she loves. Finance is also a passion that she follows. Community service is a big part of Carrie’s life. She volunteers with her church and is also one of the founders of Art City Music Fest. Carrie has been a state and a county delegate and had also been involved with the Chamber of Commerce.

Reed Pruyn
Reed was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He received his B.A. in U.S. History from Brown University in 1991. After working and traveling on the African continent several years, Reed returned to the states, and in 1998 graduated with a J.D. from the Martin Luther King Jr. School of Law at University of California at Davis. In law school he was a two-time King Hall Public Interest Foundation Grant Recipient and Editor of the Journal of Juvenile Law and Policy. Parenting two active and dynamic teenagers, Reed enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, surfing, off-the-grid travel, parrots, sustainable living and reading. His community service has included coaching the Rhode Island Special Olympics soccer team to two national championships and serving as a court-appointed Special Advocate and Guardian ad Litem in California and Utah.

Jacob Stewart
Jacob and his wife are the proud parents of six children. Jacob loves spending time with his family, serving in his church,
reading, playing racquetball, hiking, and spending time outdoors. He also speaks fluent Spanish and French.
Before joining Inter Vivos, PLLC, Jacob spent several years working as the chief tax and asset protection consultant for a large asset-protection company. In that capacity, Jacob has helped thousands of medical professionals and other small business owners across the country reduce their tax burden and protect their assets. Jacob has worked with hundreds of CPAs, attorneys, and financial advisers all over the country and has had unique exposure to a large variety of strategies and professional opinions. Prior to that, Jacob obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from George Mason Law School and worked as an assistant editor for Aite Group, a prominent financial research company based out of Boston. Because of his education and experience, Jacob is able to look at a client’s situation from multiple perspectives, and involve asset protection, tax considerations, estate planning, and financial planning in his recommendations to clients. In addition to his law degree, Jacob has a FINRA Series 65 (investment adviser) certification and has both life and health insurance licenses. He serves in the Saint George, Utah area.

Louie Li
Louie Li was born in Beijing China and grew up in Seattle Washington. After majoring in Political Science and Law, Societies, and Justice at the University of Washington for his undergraduate studies, he decided to continue his education at the University of Washington School of Law, from which he graduated in 2017. Having worked in the restaurant industry for over seven years, while completing his education, Louie has developed a deep commitment to customer service ensuring not only that the needs of his clients are met, but also that they receive the best experience possible while working to protect their families with an estate plan.
Louie enjoys sports as well as hiking outdoors. He loves to cook and listen to music. Louie enjoys spending time with his family and friends and prioritizes building meaningful relationships. His actions reflect his personal mission statement “building success through relationships.”

Hayli Dickey
Hayli Dickey was born in Sandy, Utah and raised in Mountain Green, Utah. She graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2016. While attending school, she served as the student director of the Civil Legal Services Clinic. Hayli and her husband Ben were married in September 2016. They enjoy traveling and hiking together. In her free time, Hayli also enjoys playing sports including soccer, pickleball, racquetball, and volleyball. She speaks Spanish and is active in church community.

As a San Diego native, Nathalia is passionate about living a healthy and fulfilling life. She has a long-standing advanced yoga practice to maintain balance, and is an avid student of consciousness and positive mindfulness. Fluent in Spanish, she is -- a wife, daughter, sister, granddaughter, cousin, and niece -- an elemental part of a huge Mexican tribal family. She integrates all that she is to embrace opportunities to change and grow.

Lornia Garcia
Lorna, a native Bay Area resident, received her Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2005. She received dual undergraduate degrees from Notre Dame de Namur University. She was a Presidential scholar and on the Dean’s List all four years. As a parent and staunch advocate for her community, she has participated in the following community groups: At Large Trustee for the National Filipino American Lawyers Association, President of North Valley Little League, Community Building Liaison for St. Victor Catholic School, Advisory Board Member of the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California, Former Treasurer for the National Filipino American Lawyers Association, Founding Member of Filipino American Lawyer Association Silicon Valley Monterey, and Former President of the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California. Vineet Sahni
As a Fremont native, Vineet received his Juris Doctor degree, with a Business Law certification, from Western State University College of Law. While pursuing his law degree, Vineet was repeatedly placed on the Honor Roll, and earned the prestigious Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Negotiations. Prior to law school, Vineet received his undergraduate degree in Business-Finance, from San Jose State University. He participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, supporting free tax preparation services for under-served communities. Vineet also volunteers with the South Asian Bar Association, providing pro bono legal services to the local Indian community.

Robert Fugal
Robert Fugal was born in American Fork and raised in Pleasant Grove and Lindon, Utah. After graduating from Pleasant Grove High School, with the help of scholarships and part time work in Orem and Provo, he graduated from BYU with a bachelor’s degree in 1977 and a law degree in 1982. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Eckhart A. Thompson, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California, then practiced as an associate in the bankruptcy law firm of Ryder and Walter in Fresno CA. Then in 1988 he moved back home to Lindon and co-founded the firm of Bird & Fugal to serve people needing debt relief services. Since 2006 he has added estate planning to his practice and enjoys helping families strengthen their relationships and establish security by effective planning. He and his wife Eloise enjoy their 5 children, their spouses and 16 grandchildren.
Steven Burke
Steven Burke was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and graduated from Barry University. He is passionate about helping people with legal issues and helping clients find solutions to their problems. In law school, he received the highest grade in his class for Wills Trusts and Estates and earned the book award. He speaks English and Japanese and enjoys billiards.
After law school Steven worked as an associate attorney for law firms and has been a solo-practitioner in Nevada and Hawaii. Edward Stemmer
Edward Stemmer was born in Orange County and raised in a small town named Ridgecrest. He attended Chapman Dale E. Fowler School of Law, graduating in 2019. When not reviewing Estate Plans or going through the Family Law Code, he spends his time with his animals: two dogs and two cats, taking them hiking or up to Big Bear.
Estate Planning and Family Law are his two passions in law, as they are closely intertwined. He hopes to assist clients in ensuring they have their estate in order so that, in their absence, their loved ones will be provided for as if they never left.
